What is an Online Statement?
An Online Statement is an electronic version of the paper statement that you receive in the mail. You can view your statement online through “Access My Card” and you may also print it from the website.
Do Online Statements include the same information as the paper statement?
Yes. Online Statements provide you with everything shown on the paper statement, so there is no need to receive paper.
Is there a charge for Online Statements?
There is no charge. Online Statements are FREE!
If I wish to cancel my enrollment for Online Statements, how do I go about it?
Login to “Access My Card” and click the “Profile/Alerts” tab, then click “Manage Statement Options” link and update settings on that screen. You will begin receiving a paper statement next month in the mail and will no longer be receiving e-mail notifications regarding your Online Statement. There is no charge to revert back to paper statements.
How many months of statements can I save online?
12 months are available online.
What if I need a statement which is no longer online or what if my computer is down?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail advising you that the Online Statement is available for viewing.

You will initially be prompted when you log in. Otherwise, you can click the “Profile/Alerts” tab, then click the “Manage Statement Options” link and make selections on the “Manage Statement Options” screen.
What type of software do I need to view Online Statements?
Adobe Acrobat is needed and there is a link within “Access My Card” to download the latest version. If you are currently using Adobe IE less than 4.0, you may not be able to get Online Statements.
How do I pay Online Statements?
You can pay by phone, mail a check or pay online, as you would with a paper statement.
How do I view Online Statements?
Log on to “Access My Card,” click the “Review Transactions” tab and then click the link to “View Online Statements.”
